做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
