做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
