做法:洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油,待油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
