做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
