做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
