做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
