做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
