做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎(jiān )至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即(jí )可品(pǐn )尝。 -
