做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
