做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
