做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
