做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
