做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放(fàng )入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小时(shí ),下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
