做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
