做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
