做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
