做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小(xiǎo )块(kuài )姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油(yóu )六成热(rè )下鱼(yú ),煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
