做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
