做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
