做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下(xià )盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
