做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
