做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六(liù )成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
