做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
