做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
