做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和(hé )薏米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一(yī )小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
