做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
