做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
