做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
