做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
