做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
