做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
