做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在(zài )锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
