做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
