做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待(dài )油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时(shí ),下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
