做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
