做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
