做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
