做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
