做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎(jiān )至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
