做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
