做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和(hé )薏(yì )米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时(shí ),下盐(yán )调味(wèi )即(jí )可品尝。 -
