做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
