做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
