做法:洗净(jìng )宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈(chén )皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
