做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
