做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
