做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
