做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
