做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
