做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
